How do I get listed?
Just click Add a listing, complete the form, and pay a Quarterly subscription. That's it.

What are your subscription rates in other currencies?
Our quarterly subscription rates are fixed in pounds sterling. The following table is a guide* to these rates in other currencies.

Why can't I see my new listing?
You must pay for your listing first! Also, new listings are checked by a human before being made 'live' so please allow some time for this. If you skipped the payment page while submitting your Listing, you can pay now by
logging in and continuing through to the secure payment page.


My listing has disappeared!
If WorldPay cannot collect your regular subscription (eg because your card has expired) your listing will be suspended. To update your card details, login to WorldPay. Your listing will be restored when we receive payment. nb WorldPay should notify you in advance that your card is about to expire. Please update your card details promptly to avoid suspension (and to reduce our administration costs).


How do I change my listing?
Login. Choose My account > Edit Contact Data to change your name, email or address, or Amend/Upgrade > Edit to change your Description or the Category in which it appears. If you change your email address please be sure to also change it with WorldPay, or specifically ask us to notify them on your behalf as we do not routinely do this.


Can I add more listings?
Yes. Login. Choose the Amend/Upgrade menu > New Listing. Select another Category and add a Description (or just copy the first one).


Can I add new categories?
Yes! You can suggest a new category. Contact us or make your suggestion in the therapyindex.com Forum.


I forgot my password
Go to Login, and click Look up Password


How do I cancel a Listing?

  1. Login
  2. Click 'Send Feedback'
  3. Tell us which Listing (if you have more than one) you wish to cancel and when from
We'll do the rest, including cancelling your FuturePay agreement and arranging a partial refund if appropriate.
Please note:
  • You can't just email us or use the public Feedback Page - you must Login as described so we know it's really you!
  • You must let us know you are cancelling. Simply deleting a Listing or Contact Data will not cancel your WorldPay FuturePay agreement(s).


How do I amend my payment card details?
WorldPay handles card payments on our behalf. Your card details are not passed on to us, and if you need to update them, you must do so direct with WorldPay. Please also remember to let them know if your contact details change. You can also instruct WorldPay to cancel a FuturePay agreement, although we prefer you to use the procedure above if you wish to cancel a Listing.
To login to the WorldPay secure server, click here using your WorldPay Username and Password (issued to you by WorldPay when you first paid therapyindex.com). Don't worry if you have forgotten your details, just follow the on-screen instructions. nb you are a 'Shopper' for WorldPay purposes.


I made a typing mistake in my email address when creating a FuturePay agreement
For example you put jane@htomail.com instead of jane@hotmail.com. This means WorldPay cannot contact you and so you will not receive a WorldPay Username and Password to login and change it yourself. You will need to telephone WorldPay Customer Services directly on 0870 366 1233 (+44 870 366 1233 from outside the UK) and they will be able to correct typing errors in your e-mail address. You will need to select the merchant options (option 2 then option 1) to speak to an advisor. When you call you will need to know either your FuturePay Agreement ID or if you don't have this, the Credit or Debit Card number you used.


My old email address is no longer valid and I can't remember my password.
Contact us quoting your old email address and we shall make the change. Please also contact WorldPay (see above) to change the email address they hold for you, or you can ask us to notify them on your behalf. (We do not automatically do this.)


Does this site use cookies to remember me?
If you register, therapyindex.com Directory sets a cookie on your computer. The cookie is simply a small text file containing your unique customer number. (Allowing a Web site to create a cookie does not give that or any other site access to the rest of your computer, and only the site that created the cookie can read it.) When you return, up to a year later, your email and password are filled in for you. The cookie automatically expires after one year if you do nothing. If you uncheck the box then no cookie will be set.


What is a stealth email?
Preferred and First Page listings only. To prevent email addresses being collected by senders of unsolicited messages (so-called 'spam'), your email address is not published online. When a visitor writes you a message, our system sends it to you privately without disclosing your email address.
